Oatmeal Chocolate/Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

Yesterday I was watching Michael Castro’s vlog and he was eating Tate’s bake shop chocolate chip cookies and saying how good they were.

Sooo

Quick google search and I found that they are not sold everywhere but they are sold at Cracker Barrel. Just so happened my parents were near a Cracker Barrel and they went and grabbed me some and had some dinner since they were there and all. Winking smile

They made a cookie delivery this morning

&

YUM!!!

They are crispy chocolate chip cookies but they are super delicious.

Well because you can never have too many cookies I decided to also make Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies.

I popped over to my Pinterest and searched my dessert board for a recipe and found this one.

Whole Wheat Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies Made With Coconut Oil

(I think I am obsessed with two peas and their pods recipes.)

I love that these cookies are made with coconut oil instead of butter cause I am always looking for recipes using it.

I did not have the dark chocolate chips that the recipe called for so I used some milk chocolate ones filled with peanut butter.

I got so excited I forgot to take pics of the first three steps. Whoopsy!  Smile with tongue out

The dough looked and tasted sooo good!!!

Here is the finished product.
