Injection Day

The injections went well and I got three on each side lower on my back this time to see if that helps better.

So here I sit with my ice pack, my laptop and my coffee!

Oh and my nurse!

Praying these take this time!!!!

Well that was super duper NOT FUN AT ALL!!!

I got my Facet injections today and my left side kept spasming while they were doing the injection.  Talk about freaking OUCH!!

I breathed through it and all but guess what… I have to do all this fun again in a couple weeks.

WHY ME!!
