Let's Do Brunch

The Recipe calls for French Bread, but wouldn't this be good using a pound cake as well..

I think so and therefore I think I will be testing this theory out this weekend

*** Next time I think I will use the day old bread or less of the wet mixture to coat the bread/pound cake.  It came out very soggy.  I did read on another blog that she only let it sit for 30 minutes then baked it and that remedied the soggy bread issue and it was delicious.  Definitely one I will try again ***
