I am 5’4 and a half. Not to tall not to short but a pain in the rear to find shorts that are not booty shorts or past my knees. What is with the length of shorts now a days. Dang I sound old.

I hate having a pedicure. I know I am weird but I don’t like random people touching my feet. The only time I have ever had one done was when my good friend who was also my nail tech did it and even then I was weirded out the whole time. The nail tech at my hair salon is still trying to make me cave & let her give me one.

I met my husband at work. We were both dating other people at first and worked together for almost 2 years before we started dating.

I don’t like drama. I will literally become a hermit til it is over.

My favorite color is red.

I like to eat salt & vinegar chips with easy cheese out of the can. It’s a BFF thing that me and my bestie Mindy used to eat all the time. #dontjudgeme #dontknockittilyoutryit

Surprisingly talking about myself is hard LOL…hmmmm one more fun fact about me….. I like all kinds of genre of music. If it sounds good I listen to it.

I know boring but I am not vey interesting…..

I know it sounds like more of a Fall or Easter treat but I had run across this recipe earlier this year and bought everything for it but did not want to make it for fear I would eat it all by myself!

 

So I waited for a family gathering and this was the perfect one and it’s super easy and I am all about a easy dessert.

 

It is chilled in the fridge so even though it is Fallish/Easter dessert it is nice as a cool treat on a hot summers day too.

 

But just a warning my brother-n-law who is not very fond of carrot cake had two pieces sooooo if you gain 10 lbs after making this don’t blame me.
