Determined Little Bugger

Little Flower (©Jenny Bell @ Flutterbye Chronicles)
This pretty little weed poked it's way up through our Japanese magnolia bush but I don't have the heart to pull it out of the pot cause she was determined to be there and she's pretty. 😉

Growing Lettuce

One of our little Stay At Home projects was growing lettuce, carrots, tomatoes and peppers. The peppers and tomatoes have taken off like wildfire and so has the bibb lettuce but the carrots we aren't so sure about yet since we can only see the tops. Here are some pictures of the lettuce with our new little friend Miss ladybug. I will post more pictures of the others next week.

Weather Girl Here

It has been a craptastic past two weeks. We have had I think three fronts move through and since I have the gift of being so in tune with the earth I have been plagued with migraines. Sick smile

But today I only have a dull headache so I thought I would pop on and leave you with these photos of our maple tree blooming…because it is spring down here already but today it is 68 degrees. FL is so drunk she has no clue what’s going on. Martini glassMartini glassMartini glass

Spring Randomness

These two have been frequenting our yard a lot lately.

The hawk even ran into our window the other day going after a bug or something and scared the bejesus out of me. I wish I could get a better picture but he always flies off when I get my good camera out. Confused smile

This little cardinal is so stinkin’ cute. He especially likes to sit in our big magnolia.

Our windows have been open more and Matilda could not be happier.

She loves to smell the fresh and to feel like she is a part of our outside activities.

The guys spent most of Sunday playing wiffle ball in the beautiful weather to help Bub practice for a youth group competition with another church.

Excuse our weeds we are fighting the good fight right now with them and we will win…Rolling on the floor laughing

I love it when it is in the 70’s and there is a nice breeze. I wish it would stay this way but our spring usually lasts maybe a month and then it’s so hot you can’t go outside unless you are going straight to the pool.

Happy Monday! Sun
