Extreme

While watching extreme couponing last night I had to wonder when do these people go from the extreme couponing show
to the hoarders show?

I think they are on a slippery slope my friends.

Who needs that many deodorants, toothbrushes and soaps.  All be it the guy last night did donate a lot to his local food bank. But some of them just keep it in their garage like their own personal grocery store??

I just don't get it.  I am all about saving money but I don't need 60 spaghetti sauces even if it is free.

I mean doesn't this stuff go bad if it is sitting in a non climate controlled garage?

Coupon dumpster diving anyone?

  3. I've always wondered the same thing. I like to save a little money here and there, but I don't have the room to store 50 bottles of mouth wash! I've never seen the show. I am going to have to look it up!

  4. I'm all for using coupons to help out charitable organizations and saving money, but I do believe you are correct about some of these couponers treading on a slippery slope at times. I know I've stockpiled before, but I'm realizing that not only do I not have room to do that, most of it just goes to waste.

  5. It's an addiction...

Not so much the couponing or the hoarding, but me watching the couponing and the hoarding.

    I. Can't. Look. Away.

And the amount of time it takes to go from one to the other is "the length of the drive from the store to home".
