Time to make the muffins

***I do not know why this old post from August of 2010 is showing up today.  I tried fixing the date back to the original post, but it keeps showing up? Maybe I needed a reminder to make pumpkin muffins.**

Oh yeah it is that time again ya'll
Pumpkin Muffin Time
if you missed it last year I am posting the recipe once again just for you... 
Because ya'll are awesome like that and deserve it.


Pumpkin Muffins
(I got this recipe from Patrice, but I am not sure where it originated)
2 cups Sugar
2 cups SR Flour
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Ground Cloves
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 eggs
1 15 oz can packed pumpkin (not the pie filling)
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all dry ingredients first, then add oil, eggs, vanilla and pumpkin.  Mix until blended (it is a very soupy type consistency).  Pour into muffin pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Well sometimes, Ginger gets a little irritated when Matilda sits in her food bowl to drink water.
And Matilda thinks being an indoor kitty rocks

And I am still obsessed with taking photos of the sun setting
