Watcha Cookin'?

Post image for Writing Prompts

Aunt April’s World Famous Blueberry Cheesecake Pie
(okay maybe not world famous, but it should be)

1 Box Powdered Sugar
1 8oz. Package Cream Cheese softened
Tub of Cool Whip
2 Pie shells (I like Graham Cracker Pie Shell for this recipe)
1 can Blueberry Pie Filling

Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese together.  Spread into a prepared pie shells.  Pour blueberry filling on top of cream cheese mixture.  Top with cool whip and freeze overnight.  Take out about 30 minutes to an hour before serving so they can thaw.

I wish I had a picture of this, but usually once it is served it is gone within a couple of minutes.

  3. Wow, sounds like the perfect cure for a blueberry sweettooth! I've had to resort to buying the large pack of organic blueberries at Costco...my kidlets go through them sooo fast! :> Hope your week is off to a great start!
