3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies #SnackWithSimply

I was sent a coupon for a free jar of the Simply Ground Peanut Butter by Peter Pan a few weeks ago.

IMG_4654

I literally had to tell my son not to eat it right out of the jar until I made these cookies then he could have all he wanted! Winking smile

It cost $3.49 at our local WD but I found the honey roasted on sale today at Hellmart (ie: Walmart) for $1.98.

We always buy the natural versions of peanut butter whether it’s Jif or Peter Pan but they never last long cause my son loves it so much and could live off of it if he had too.

Anywho I have already bought another since this recipe took up most of the jar after he had some on a sandwich or two as well…

IMG_4996IMG_4997IMG_4998

It is a peanut butter with some texture to it so if you love only creamy this might not be for you but we love both creamy and crunchy so we loved it the in the middle consistency.

It would be perfect with fruit or even on graham crackers…oooo with Marshmallow Fluff and Nutella…oh yes that sounds like an awesome no heat s’more doesn’t it??? Sorry that literally just came to me as I was typing this but I am soo making that. LOL

Okay now for the recipe. I got this recipe from Mommy’s Home Cooking and she makes the cutest ghosts for Halloween with it. I am not that talented so we stuck with my simple Gingerdead cookie cutter.

I printed it out on back to school paper cause I figure Back to School/Fall/Halloween kind of go hand in hand right….No just me…alrighty then.Confused smile

Here is a little video I made of me baking the cookies.

And here is the finished product. I think the “tanner” Gingerdeads were my favorite cause it really brought out their faces more, but my son likes his cookies on the light side ya know almost like they are not even cooked. LOL I also made the traditional peanut butter cookies with any left over dough.

IMG_4988

One Gingerdead man broke so of course I had to do quality control and OMG they are super yummy and would be even better with that yummy icing Mommy’s Home Cooking put on hers.

IMG_4983

So if you are in the market for some new peanut butter I would definitely give this one a shot!

Happy Eating!! Plate

**I was sent a coupon to try this product for free but I am a straight shooter so if I love or hate something I’m gonna tell ya!!Winking smile**

Sally Hansen Airbrushed Legs Lotion

I received the Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs from Influenster to test out and review.

It claims to give you perfect legs in an instant. Hides Imperfections and won't rub off on clothes.

I am not sure it gives me perfect legs but it does even out the skin tone. As far as not coming off on clothes I think that is true as long as it doesn't rain or you come in close proximity to water while you are wearing it.

I also thought it would give a hint of color but it did not. That could be cause they sent me the shade light and I am olive skin tone so I might need medium. It also leaves your skin kind of matte so if you want glowy skin this is not for you.

All in all if you want more even skin and are not going to a pool party you should be good.

I was sent these products for free to review but all opinions are my own.

YSL Volume Effect Faux CILS Mascara

Yves Saint Laurent -1

I received the YSL Volume Effect Faux CILS Mascara from Influenster to review.

On the website it says it is a false lash effect mascara and this is the new remastered formula.

Here is what it claims:

The most emblematic "false lash effect" volume mascara, now with an all new Lash Care formula. Its secret is the Triple-Intensity Formula: intense volume, intense color and now intense care. The nylon fiber brush coats each lash in deep color and maximum volume from root to tip, while B5 Pro-Vitamin strengthens and protects lashes.

The brush remind me of Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes and I think they perform very similar as well.

Tarte is my favorite of all my mascara’s I have like four backups so that says a lot already.

YSL collage without watermark

The YSL mascara gave really nice volume and length without making your lashes look clumpy. I hate clumpy mascara. Not sure I look like I have on false lashes but they look pretty dang good. Winking smile

YSL 6 hours

I think it held up great after 6 hours. I was outside in the heat/humidity for a couple hours and I had no smudging, no transferring to my upper lid and no flaking at all.

↓Then I washed this beast ↓

IMG_6320

And still the mascara stayed put!!!

YSL though out the day smaller

Excuse the hideousness of the last pic. Being out in 80 degree heat for a couple hours and then washing our Labrador does not look good on me LOL!Sun Smile with tongue out

YSL Volume Effect Faux CILS Mascara Retails for  $32.00 on their site.

I give it 5 stars on my first impression. I will report back if that changes.

I was sent this product free from Influenster but these are my personal honest opinions. No one paid me or told me I had to give a good/bad review for this product. Rolling on the floor laughing

TLC Voxbox breakdown

I received my TLC Infuenster Voxbox about a week ago in the mail.

This box is geared more toward Mom's and it came with 6 items to try out for free.

The first product I tried was Ivory soap. I was not able to use this soap growing up because my skin is super sensitive to soaps and laundry detergents. Well guess what it still is. This stuff gave me a kind of heat rash on my arms so sensitive skin users beware. But my husband has been using it with no problems and he likes it.
Ivory Soap: Retails for $3.99 for a 10 pack

Next up was Puffs Plus tissues for on the go. I love these things and have for a long time. So much so I even have a cat carrying case for them in my car. They are so convenient, don't irritate my skin and the cute packaging is a plus as well.
Puffs Plus Lotion To Go: Retails for $.49 per pack

Next is for the crazy Mom who carries every first aid product with her everywhere she goes. That would be me! I did not even need to open the new Neosporin To Go cause I already have several. I love this stuff. I always carry a couple of band aids and this in my purse because you never know when you are going to trip over your own  two feet and need first aid. ← clumsy party of one ;)
Neosporin To Go: Retails for around $4.97-$7.50

I was very intrigued by this next product. It is the ANew Reversalist Complete Renewel Express Wrinkle Smoother. Say that 10 times fast!! It is a finishing cream to powder skin perfecter. You can wear it over moisturizer and makeup. Basically you get some product on your fingers then press it into any problematic wrinkles. I don't have bad wrinkles but the little crows feet I do have this worked as it says. So I would definitely check it out. I also love the packaging because it is very convenient to throw in your purse.
Avon Reversalist Complete Renewal Express: Retails for $30.00

get 15% off your $50 ANEW Skincare order with code ANEW15

The next item is the Shell Fuel Rewards card. You know that thing they try to explain to you at the pump and you always hit mute. Guilty!! This is free to join and I could link my grocery fuel perks card to it so I was pretty happy about that. I already used it once and saved money...score!
Shell Fuel Rewards is free to join

Last but not least I have already talked about in a earlier blog. This Breyers Gelato is sooooooo good. I just can not say enough good things about it. It is so creamy and I swear it is like eating cold yummy frosting. It comes in three flavors: vanilla caramel, raspberry cheesecake & tiramisu which is what I got.
Breyers Gelato: Retails for $4.49-$5.99
But I must warn you this stuff can be very dangerous to your thighs during swimsuit season ☺!

Sargento Influenster Box

IMG_6733
Last week I received my Sargento Influenster box in the mail with a voucher for a free cheese snack of choice and a coupon for my next purchase or to give to a friend. Plus it came with a really cute insulated cheese pouch for when you are on the go.
IMG_6735
We have been purchasing string cheese since my son started school. It is so quick and easy to pack in his lunch box and it is packed with calcium and protein. So it has always been a win win.
They have started coming out with lighter varieties so I decided to give the light string cheese a try.  Same great taste just a little shorter packaging Winking smile.  If you have never given this brand a try  when it comes to sting cheese or cubed cheese they are by far our favorite.
