Wordy Wednesday (Halloween)
I made my son into Pennywise this year and spent pretty much the end of September through the day before Halloween making his costume. I watched a bazillion tutorials and even when I was half way through his makeup the day of which took 5 hoursstill thought this isn’t gonna turn out how I want it too, but it did and he was a hit in our friends graveyard. We took inspiration from both movies and the book so that is why he has multi colored balloons, more redish hair and his costume is a combo of regular clown meets old harlequin clown.
He looks like a one of my friends animatronics in this picture. LOL
I decided to have a little fun with some of the pictures I took and place him in some composites. Thanks to some guidance from one of my FB photography groups I perfected them and I am pretty proud of myself. LOL
Background for this picture was free from Santana Dykas in my FB photography group.
I know this post is a little late but I hope you all had a Happy Halloween

Ipsy Bag October 2017
I am actually going to post what I got here instead of being lazy and posting on instagram!
This months bag is a very pretty burnt red with lace detail.
This months theme is spellbound which definitely goes with the spookiness of Halloween.
One of my items was too big for the bag which was It Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Pressed powder. I already own a deluxe sample of this and love it. Full size Retails for $29.00.
Next I received the Tony Moly Peach Hand Cream. It smells delicious. The smell actually reminds me of my Peach Blush Strawberry Shortcake doll. Don’t ask how I remember the smell but when I smelt it I instantly was right back to my childhood smelling that doll. LOL I know I am weird… Anywho it is a very light consistency so perfect for a daytime hand cream although I only use hand cream at night because I hate the feeling of it on my hands when I am awake..again I know I am weird. Full size retails for $12.00
On to the next item which is a charcoal infused nail polish in the shade volcanic ash from Nail Medic. I have not tried this yet but it definitely gave me witchy Halloween vibes. Retails for $7.99 (Pretty Woman NYC – NMOCT17 code for 30% off) The link Ipsy gave did not have the actual polish on there which was odd so here is a link to the polish. https://muabs.com/product/nail-medic-charcoal-infused-nail-polish-vocanic-ash/ I have never used this site so might want to do some research before you buy.
I am excited to try this next product cause I have been all about masks lately. This is the Blaq mask which is an activated charcoal mask designed to target toxins and draw out impurities. Full size retails for $29.00
Lastly I received a mascara from Tarte called Lifted. I freaking love Tarte’s lights, camera, lashes so this had some big shoes to fill and it passed the test. It doesn’t give as much volume as lights, camera, lashes but it gives enough and it keeps my lashes looking curled all day. It also claims to be sweat proof and it was HOT hot when I first started wearing this and I had no transferring so I think that claim is true. The full size retails for $23.00.
And of course I grant you three wishes as always…
cause I am always wearing my turbie twist LOL

Flashy Friday–Mini Vacay
We took a mini vacay to the Gulf to go Scalloping and then headed south to Treasure Island and here are just a handful of the bazillion pictures I took.
We had a blast snorkeling and scalloping. If you have never been you need to go!!
Hubby doesn’t get much room for vacation he has it just hard to take it so we took a couple days to decompress at the beach and the sunsets both nights were so pretty!
Our last night there the clouds were making all kinds of shapes.
Mickey
The Hookah Caterpillar
Shark which was fitting since it was shark week.
My little friend. He was just a posing…you know I wanted to name him and take him home. LOL
The water is sooo flat over there. I always forget you could literally take a float out there unlike our side where a float would be toast by the first wave.
And a self portrait..Bahahahaha there are literally no pictures of me at the beach not even a selfie…..
Happy Friday
