A little late, but hey at least I made it to the party

weightloss

This week has been insane so I am sorry my Muffin Top Journey is late.

Questions of the week:

How do you handle a gain or the feeling of knowing your didn't do as well as you had hoped?

I used to get really discouraged and have myself a good ole pity party for one. I still have the pity party but not to the extreme I used to. So let's all Just say no to

I know I will get back on the exercise wagon so there really is no need to beat myself up, it doesn't help me get in shape so I just get right back on that wagon and move it move it.

What kind of effect does this have on you?

I get a little unmotivated for a couple days, but like I said I know I will eventually step back on that dreaded torture device treadmill.

Is there something constructive you can do to reward yourself for small steps?

I give myself a night off to pig out reward myself.

And how are you doing this week?

I think I am doing pretty good with drinking more water.

My one chocolate a day, which really I have only been eating maybe a piece of chocolate every other day...Wootothewhoo--Go Me...

The outdoor exercise I have been slacking, because I have been running around so much this week..I was outdoors while running around does that count????
I also added sit ups and look who decided to join me.

No lie, everytime I lay down to do them Ginger comes over and rolls over on her back like she is going to do them with me.  It is hysterical.
What were your challenges?
All the running around equals fast food and that is a big no no.  So I must cram some time in to come home and eat better at lunch time.

Okay now it is your turn to be a slacker late like me join in on the fun

  1. Jenny Lynn,

Yeah for drinking the water! I will take your tip and try those cranberry pouches. They sound like they will add some flavor.

Have a great week and Good Luck with the excercie, you can do it!

  5. You sound like you are doing just fine. I think we all fall off that wagon from time to time.

If you know you are going to be running around during the day, and it will be a pain to get back home for lunch, try packing a sandwich or snack to take with you.
