Watcha Cookin'

1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
2 lbs Boneless Beef Round Steak, cut into serving size pieces (I only had a little over a lb)
6 tsp Canola Oil divided
1 Medium Onion thinly sliced(Omitted cause hubs hates big chunks of onion. I used 1 tbsp onion powder.)
1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom undiluted (This was also a no go cause of the mushrooms LOL so I used cream of potato)
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1/4 tsp Dried Thyme

Combine flour, salt and pepper in a gallon freezer bag. Add a few pieces of beef at a time and shake to coat.

Heat a skillet with 4 tsp of canola oil. Brown the beef on both sides and place in slow cooker.

In the same skillet saute onion in remaining 2 tsp of oil until lightly brown then place over beef. (I did not do this step cause I used onion powder so I just sprinkled the 1 tbsp on onion powder over top of the meat).

Combine soup with oregano and thyme and place over the onions. Then cover set your slow cooker on low and cook for 7-8 hours or until meat is tender. Mine only took 6 cause I had less meat then the recipe.

I wish I had pictures but my guys loved this so much that it was gone in seconds...

Happy Wednesday
